Watch Early for Non-candy Halloween Handouts

HalloweenCraftsKids (and their parents) like finding something unique in their Halloween bags. It's fun, breaks up the norm, and doesn't add to the sugar high. Here's a thought-starting list of inexpensive, non-candy Halloween handouts.

(1) Sticker sheets
(2) Temporary tattoos
(3) Pencils or pens; especially ones printed with designs
(4) Rubber bracelets
(5) Restaurant coupons; especially fast food ones
(6) Bead necklaces
(7) Mini-notepads
(8) Small bouncy balls
(9) Pencil toppers; the little fun plastic “˜toy' ones
(10) Mini glow sticks

Suggestions of places to secure small giveaways like these: Online toy companies (like Oriental Trading Co); dollar stores; fast food restaurants (like McDonald's, Wendy's and Burger King); eBay; party stores and craft stores (like Hobby Lobby, Michael's and JoAnn Fabrics).

Neither list of suggestions is complete, so keep your eyes open for great non-traditional items at amazing prices. You never know where you'll find the perfect handouts!
