Let's Cook!

Choose to either toast or not toast your bread. If you choose to toast your bread, spread with butter and brown the slices in a separate skillet.

If onion add-on is desired, slice and sauté lightly in a splash of oil. Place on top of bologna and cheese to finish sandwiches before serving.

Heat a very small amount of oil (less than 1/4 teaspoon) in a skillet. Slice a piece of bologna with a slit from the middle, to the outer edge. (Or simply make an “X” of slits in the middle.) Set the slice of bologna in the pan, and brown one side. Flip, and add a slice of cheese. Brown the second side of bologna and melt the cheese.

Place bologna and cheese on bread (toasted or plain), spread with mayo and mustard. Enjoy immediately with fresh blueberries, brownies (made earlier in the day), and beverage of choice.
