Chicken and Apple Quesadilla Wraps

Cut apple into small sticks or very thin slices. Blend 1/2 tablespoon honey into 1/3 cup room temperature cream cheese until smooth. Spread honey-cream cheese onto one side of each of the tortillas, covering almost to the edges. Layer onto each tortilla and cream cheese 3-4 slices chicken, 1/4 of the apple pieces, and about 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Then…

OR: Roll tightly, without any greens, and prepare to brown as a quesadilla. Brown, seam-side down first, on a greased non-stick griddle, turning to lightly brown all sides, and melt cheese.
