Let’s Cook!

Thinly slice 1/2 cup onion. Caramelize the onion in a non-stick skillet using a few pats of butter and a dash of salt on medium heat. As soon as the onion is browned, remove from the skillet to prevent burning. Put the sausages in the hot skillet to warm through, then add the onion back in. Serve sausages hot with other simple bites: pickles, crackers and cheese, mixed berries, and pieces of cheesecake for dessert.
