Let's Cook!

Precook 1 pound of ground beef with diced onion (1/2 cup or to taste). Drain and add 1 can diced tomatoes with the juice, one packet taco seasoning, and garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon or to taste).

Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. Layer some of each of the tortillas, the meat, drained and rinsed beans, and cheese. Repeat, adding a thin layer of salsa before cheese layer this time. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Serve with pasta salad made according to package directions. Offer cinnamon rolls for dessert.
