Shrimp Tacos

Let's Cook!

Prepare shrimp according to package directions. While shrimp bakes, dice tomato, chop lettuce, and wrap tortillas from the dinner kit in aluminum foil. When shrimp is half done, add tortilla shells to the oven to warm. Beat together taco seasoning pack from dinner kit with 1 cup ranch dressing and a squeeze of lime juice (about 1 teaspoon). When shrimp and tortillas are hot, build tacos by painting inside of taco shells first with guacamole; then layer shrimp, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce into shells. Top with a drizzle of zesty ranch sauce and (optional) jalapeno, and another squeeze of lime juice. Serve immediately with a side of chips and salsa.

Offer frosted cupcakes topped with fresh strawberries for dessert.
