Let's Cook!

Wrap tortillas in 2 sets of 5 in aluminum foil and warm slowly in a 325 degree oven while you get the other elements ready.

Brown sausage in a large skillet, drain. Add well-rinsed beans and drained tomatoes. Warm through. While beans and tomatoes warm, in a separate greased skillet, scramble eggs with salt and pepper to taste.

As soon as eggs are ready, fill warm tortillas with eggs, sausage, beans, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Roll and serve immediately with salsa. Offer yogurt to compliment the breakfast burritos and enjoy cinnamon rolls for dessert.
