Let's Cook!
Mix 6 tablespoons coffee grounds, 4 tablespoons each brown sugar and molasses, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, and 2 tablespoons water in a sealable bag. Add bacon and well-coat; then refrigerate for 3 hours to overnight.
Prior to crisping bacon, wipe off some marinade. Then either pan fry or crisp bacon in the oven at 375 degrees. Assemble sandwiches with mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip) spread on toasted or plain bread, then top with bacon, tomato, and lettuce; optionally add cheese. Serve with sliced apples, Jell-O and juice.
