Let's Cook!

Break spaghetti in half lengthwise. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package directions for al dente pasta. Drain and rinse in cold running water. In a large bowl, beat 2 eggs with 1 cup milk and 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder and salt. Mix in cooled spaghetti and 1 cup shredded cheese.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 baking dish, then evenly spread spaghetti mixture in dish. Pour the jar of sauce over the pasta, and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon oregano and 1/2 teaspoon crushed basil. Top with 1 more cup of cheese, and diced veggies of choice. (Suggest thinly slicing the fresh tomatoes.) Bake for 30 minutes and allow to stand before cutting.

Serve spaghetti pizza with warm, fresh biscuits.
