My quest for 2017 has been committed to having a better night's sleep. Between headaches, waking up during the night, and generally not sleeping well, I needed to find a solution. It has three different chambers. The two outside chambers are for side sleepers. If you are a back sleeper, you need to have your head fall back to the bed while having support under your neck. The Spine Align pillow gives you this support whereas most pillows cause your head to be pushed forward. What about the stomach sleepers? According to Dr. Loth, there is no way to achieve correct posture in this position.
