Video: Fun fall craft – leaf roses!

leaf roses

For those of us who live in areas where the leaves are turning colors, making some beautiful fall crafts is easy and inexpensive. Take these leaf roses for example. This makes a fun fall craft for you and the kids if you are able to gather up some Maple leaves. Although you may be able to fashion something similar with leaves from other colorful trees too.

Have you ever made paper flowers? I remember making flowers using kleenex tissue or wrapping paper tissue when I was growing up. This is somewhat similar, but paper flowers don't compare to the pretty combinations you can make using leaves like these pretty leaf roses. They won't last as long as paper does but that's okay, the fun is in creating and enjoying them for as long as they will last.

As you'll see in this video, the leaves don't need to be perfect and preferably not all the same color to make these easy and clever leaf roses. Take a look!

A big shout-out goes to Crafts, Homeschooling & More for this inspiring video!
