Summer Sales Events to Watch for During June 2021

Summer is officially here, which means it's time to be on the lookout for major deals and savings events. Every summer, particularly during June, several stores and websites hold major sales events that you should definitely take advantage of. Here are some of the ways you can save this summer. 

Prime Day 2021

Amazon's Prime Day event hits us early this year and will take place from June 21 – 22. Some deals we already know you can score include markdowns on smart home devices, 4 months free of Amazon Music, deals on home goods and electronics, and more. 

All of Prime Day's deals are still to be revealed by Amazon, so be on the lookout for information on featured items so you can prepare ahead of time.

That's right, many big box stores are looking to compete with Amazon's Prime Day deals by holding their own major sales events during the same time period as Prime Day. 

Walmart is holding its own competitive sale during this time, Deals for Days. This event will take place between June 20 – 23 and feature major sales on several high-ticket tech items, like TVs, phones, laptops, smartwatches, and more. Walmart gives you two extra days to take advantage of their deals, so make sure to shop competitively for the items you're trying to score. 

Target is also hosting their own sale, Deal Days, which will take place between June 20 – 22. Items teased for the event so far include electronics, home goods, beauty products, toys, and even groceries. So far, Target has teased the widest array of items included during their June sales event, so absolutely take a look at their offerings during this time. 

Best Buy will also be holding a competitive sales event, which will reportedly run the longest out of these retailers, between June 14 – 22. Items that have been featured so far include everything from small electronics to major appliances and computers. Since this sale runs the longest, be sure to take a look at their offerings. 

Always make sure to compare sales prices at all of these stores for the items you're looking for. If you shop diligently and critically, you'll score the best deal and get the absolute bang for your buck. 

Keep tabs on each of these retailers to see what other items they will reveal over the coming days that will be featured during these massive June sales events. Also, be on the lookout for Doorbuster deals, which will likely be revealed closer to the dates of the events. Doorbusters are extremely limited, but are almost always the best deals of the bunch, so be prepared to jump on those.
