Coupon Printing Help: 

It seems that everyone has trouble printing from time to time. Here's some ideas that might help:

(1) Clean out your cookies and web page history.

(2) Be sure you go in to the coupon printer software and approve it to be installed on your computer. If you do not, the software cannot run.

(3) Reset your printer settings (within the printer information under "Advanced") to the default settings.

(4) If you aren't already... Try loading and running through the free program Mozilla FireFox. It works much better for coupon printing and has a lot of nice safety features.

(5) Watch for information (usually at the top of your screen) about the coupon printer being blocked. If your security settings are set too high, your computer will not allow the coupon printer software to load on your computer, therefore the coupons will not ever print.

(6) If you are getting a message that says "Please Wait", but nothing ever happens - try printing the coupon through Internet Explorer.
