Are you an AOL user who seems to have troubles accessing the Enlightened Savings area? It has to do with the way AOL stores cookies. You can learn more about clearing your AOL cookies here. That may help.
If you can avoid using the AOL browser and instead use the default Internet Explorer or Firefox browsers that would help immensely!
Now... you can also try this EMERGENCY AOL LOGIN & LOGOUT. This just might be the trick that works for you!

If NONE of this works for you, submit a ticket with the results of each of the suggestions above.
