Come talk with us via the online instant message-style chat during these times:

9-10 a.m Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Noon-1 p.m Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

4-5 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

8-9 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday.

To use Live Chat:

(1) Go to the HelpDesk area by following any 'Contact Us' link.
(2) Log in as yourself, using your SavingsAngel.com log in.
(3) Click the link to Live Chat, located in the upper right portion of the HelpDesk screen.
(4) Fill out the box that appears with your username and question subject.
(5) Enter your question to start a chat with us.
(6) On the following screen, a large box appears on most of the screen, and a smaller box appears at the bottom. Click into the small box, type what you wish to ask, and press the Enter key on your keyboard to send.
(7) We'll answer you right away, and the transcript of our conversation will appear in the large box in the upper portion of your screen.
